I’m Reed Masten… a graphic artist who can’t sleep. Late at night, this is what I do. I design websites, create logos and develop marketing plans for small businesses.
Why the nighttime graphic design and not an old movie or a good book? It’s because I love design and I can’t seem to get enough of it. It’s my passion! My eyes are always open looking for inspiring, creative design. It might be a beautiful logo, a type face or an entire website that catches my eye. Maybe it’s a beautifully designed sofa or kitchen gadget. Stunning design is everywhere and I can’t get enough. Keep your eyes and heart open and you’ll see it, too!

I’ve always loved art, but my official love for design started with a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from Concordia University in Montreal. I majored in graphic design and minored in marketing, figuring that I’d never earn enough to support myself by painting pictures.
In the Bauhaus tradition, I was taught that “form follows function” so my focus has always been to make design work. My first job was as an Art Director designing presentation graphics such as brochures, booklets and slide shows for the public. For some crazy reason, I thought running a retail business would be a good idea so I left my graphic design job and opened a frame shop. During the day you can still find me designing picture frames at my store near Denver, Colorado. I love it and it pays the bills, but it’s not enough to satisfy the artistic fire within me. So here I am, an artist with a passion so strong I can’t ‘not’ do it. If you go by my home late at night, you may see my office light on. Chances are I’m absorbed in a design project. $300 Flat Rate
You get everything you need for a beautiful, fully responsive* scrolling website with up to five blocks on the main page plus a customized contact form that will forward automatically to your email when it is filled out. This price level includes design, layout, use of your content (text and photos), site navigation, “Contact” button and up to three stock photos. After completing the New Website Intake Form, we will meet to discuss the specific design details of your new website. This is where we will determine basic style, content, layout and color scheme. When the website is nearing completion, you will have an opportunity to make changes. After the changes have be completed, the final version of the website will be tested and final adjustments made. When you are completely satisfied, I will transfer ownership of the website to you. If you desire, I can remain as an administrator to the site to make updates and changes as long as needed. A monthly service plan for ongoing maintenance is available starting at $10/month.
